Chile 🌶 Morite je posušen in dimljen čili, izvrsten za pripravo pekoče omake za tacose 🌮. Omaka ima pekoč in sladek okus, ter vonj po dimljenemu. Preberite si kako pripravimo to okusno in preprosto omako iz chilijev.
Potrebujemo:
🌶 500g zelenih paradižnikov “tomatillos”
🌶 25 g morita čilija
🌶 Košček 🧅
🌶 1 strok česna
🌶 1 žlice olja
🌶 1 žličke soli
🌶 Ščepec popra
🌶 Vodo, da pokuhamo paradižnike
Postopek:
1. Na vročo ponev pokapamo olje in noter položimo zelene paradižnike. Pražimo dve minuti, nato pa v isto ponev dodamo čebulo in česen ter pražimo dokler ne pozlatita.
2. Dodamo čili “morita”, pražimo še 1 minuto in nato dodamo 100 ml. vode. Pustimo vreti 4 minute, da se čiliji zmehčajo. Odstranimo z ognja in pustimo, da se ohladi.
3. Vse skupaj sresemo v mešalnik, dodamo sol, poper, dobro zmiksamo in po želji popravimo okus z malo soli ali popra. v blenderju in izboljšajte okus z malo več soli in popra, če menite, da je potrebno.

You need:
🌶 500 g. green “tomatillos”
🌶 25 g. morita 🌶
🌶 A piece of 🧅
🌶 1 garlic clove
🌶 1 spoon oil
🌶 1 tsp. salt
🌶 A pinch of black pepper
🌶 Water to boil the green tomatillos
Preparation:
1. In a hot pan, put the oil and green tomatillos. Fry for two minutes, then add onion and garlic in the same pan until they are golden.
2. Add the chilies “morita” for 1 minute and then add 100 ml. water. Let it boil for 4 minutes until the chilies are softened. Remove from the heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
3. Put everything in the mixer. Add salt, pepper, mix it well in the blender and improve the flavor with a bit more of salt and pepper if you need it.
