Guacamole 🥑 je nepogrešljiv na vsaki mehiški 🇲🇽 zabavi 🥳🕺💃🏻! Ker pa je glavna sestavina avokado tako zelo hranljiva, polna zdravih maščob in vlaknin, si lahko guacamole pripravimo tudi za vsakodnevni prigrizek.

Potrebujemo:
🥑 2 - 3 avokade
🥑 2 velika nasekljana paradižnika
🥑 Polovico nasekljane rdeče čebule
🥑 Nasekljan koriander
🥑Sol in poper po okusu
🥑 Sok enega limona
🥑 Malo jabolčnega kisa
🥑 (po želji) nasekljan čili

1. Z vilico zmečkamo avokado, olajšamo si lahko tako, da že na začetku dodamo limonin sok.
2. Ko dobimo gladko zmes, dodamo ostale nasekljane sestavine (paradižnik, čebulo, čili in koriander) ter kis. Dobro premešamo, začinimo s soljo in poprom po okusu.

3. Zraven se prileže »totopo« čips ali tacosi 🌮.

You need:
🥑 2 or 3 avocados
🥑 2 big chopped tomatoes
🥑 Half chopped purple onion
🥑 Chopped coriander
🥑 Salt and pepper to taste
🥑 Juice of one lemon
🥑 Some apple vinegar
🥑 Chopped fresh chili (optional)

How to:
1. With the help of a fork mash the avocados (add some lemon juice, so it goes easier), when they are pureé, add the chopped ingredients (tomato, onion, chili and coriander).

2. Add some lemon juice and apple vinegar, mix well and season with some salt and pepper. Taste and correct with more seasoning if needed.

3. Enjoy with some totopo chips or with some tacos 🌮!
