MEXICAN BREAKFAST- MEHIŠKI ZAJTRK: MOLLETES 😋

Sunday Morning 🌞 and you don’t know what to eat for breakfast?

Prepare this easy and nutritious 🇲🇽 breakfast: "Molletes" that we guarantee you will ❤.

Ingredients:
🍅 1 pouch of black beans ISADORA
🍅 6 mini whole wheat bread
🍅 Gouda or tilsiter cheese
🍅 Oil to fry the beans
Pico de gallo sauce:
🍅 ½ chopped 🧅, 3 🍅, fresh 🌶, coriander, 🥑 cubes
Vinegar, juice of a 🍋, olive oil, salt and pepper to season.

👩🏻‍🍳:
In a pan at low heat, put some vegetable oil and add the chopped 🧅, mix well. Add the black beans and mix. Cover with a lid so they don’t get dry. Season with some salt. Wait until they are hot.

For the “pico de gallo” sauce mix the chopped 🧅, 🍅, 🌶, coriander & 🥑. Add some 🫒 oil, vinegar, 🍋 juice, salt and pepper & mix well. Cut the mini bread into halves and spread some beans over each half of the bread. Make this with all the bread. Put half slice of the cheese to the bread and heat all of them in the oven at 150 C° until the cheese is melted. Serve each bread with pico de gallo on the top.

Tudi vi ne veste kaj bi si privoščili za zajtrk na to nedeljsko jutro 🌞?

Pripravite si ta preprost in hranljiv mehiški zajtrk: "Molletes" in zagotavljamo vam, da vam bo všeč.

Sestavine:
🍅 1 pakiranje črnega fižola ISADORA
🍅 6 polnozrnatih žemljic
🍅 Sir gauda ali tilsiter
🍅 Olje za cvrtje fižola

Za “Pico de gallo” omako:
½ velike sesekljane 🧅, 3 🍅, svež 🌶 in koriander
Kis, limonin sok, olivno olje, sol in poper

Postopek 👩🏻‍🍳:
V ponev na majhnem ognju damo malo rastlinskega olja in sesekljane 🧅 ter dobro premešamo. Dodamo črni fižol in še enkrat premešamo. Pokrijemo s pokrovko, da se ne izsuši. Začinimo z malo soli ali s kokošjo jušno osnovo. Počakamo, da se segreje.

Za omako “pico de gallo” zmešamo sesekljano 🧅, paradižnik, 🌶, koriander in 🥑. Dodamo nekaj 🫒 olja, kis, 🍋 sok, sol in poper ter dobro premešamo. Žemljice narežemo napol in na vsako polovico kruha položimo nekaj prej pripravljenega fižola. Na vsako polovičko položimo še rezino sira in postavimo v pečico na 150 C°, dokler se sir ne stopi. Na koncu prelijemo z omako "pico de gallo" ali izjemoma z omako Chipotle 🔥. Dober tek 😋!
