2. Where is the store located?

Our shop is exclusively ONLINE, but you can also pick-up your order at Podutiška Cesta 92, 1000 Ljubljana (previous arrangement via SMS or call) on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 h.

3. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?

The company has 2 business days to prepare the order and deliver it to the courier service, after that it depends on their delivery times for delivering your order to your home, but approximately is 2 days in Slovenia.

4. How does delivery work?

Our delivery at home is managed either with GLS or Pošta Slovenije.

5. How can I return a product?

The customer has the right to notify "El Merkadito" within 10 days of receipt of the goods that he/she is returning a product. The customer must contact El Merkadito via e-mail to info@elmerkadito.si or by phone 069734754. Upon return, the products must be unused, undamaged, and unchanged in quantity.

The customer must return the goods to the company within 10 days of the written message to the contact address.

Applies when:

1. the article does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for marketing,

2. the item does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him,

3. the item does not have the characteristics and features that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
