LOSOS V OMAKI IZ ČILIJA MORITA 🌶 SALMON IN SPICY MORITA CHILI SAUCE

Če vam je všeč losos ali 🐟 nasploh, ampak ste naveličani masnenih marinad, morate poskusiti lososa s pekočo Morita omako (za cca. 4 porcije) 😋.

Sestavine za Morita omako:

🌶 rastlinsko olje
🌶 1/4 čebule
🌶 1 strok česna
🌶 5 paradižnikov, narezanih na četrtine
🌶 1 jabolko, narezano na kocke
🌶 2 ali 3 morita čilijev
🌶 240 ml pomarančnega soka (vključno s pulpo)
🌶 Sol in poper

Sestavine za file lososa:

🌶 rastlinsko olje
🌶 4 fileji lososa ali druge ribe
🌶 sol in poper
🌶 lupinica pomaranče in malo pomaranče
🌶 Peteršilj in limeta za dekoracijo

Priprava 👩🏻‍🍳:

1. Na ponvi segrejte olje in dodajte čebulo, česen, paradižnik, jabolko, sok pomaranče in Morita čili. Kuhajte 5 minut in nato pretresite v blender. Začinite s soljo in poprom in mešajte, da postane gladka omaka. 

2. Zopet namastite ponev, segrejte in na srednje visokem ognju popecite ribo. Začinite s soljo, poprom in pomarančno lupinico. Kuhajte 10 minut.

3. Postrezite file z Morita omako. Okrasite krožnik z rezinami pomaranče ali limete,  in s peteršiljem

If you love salmon or fish 🐟, but you are bored of the same butter recipes, give a try to this salmon with spicy morita sauce recipe for approximately 4 persons 😋. 

Ingredients for morita sauce:  
🌶 vegetable oil 
🌶 1/4 onions 
🌶 1 clove garlic 
🌶 5 tomatoes, cut into quarters 
🌶 1 apple, cut into cubes 
🌶 2 or 3 morita chilies 
🌶 1 cup orange, pulp 
🌶 Salt and pepper 

For the fish fillet you need:  
🌶 vegetable oil 
🌶 4 fish or salmon fillets 
🌶 Salt and pepper 
🌶 Orange zest and some orange, avocado, parsley and lime for garnish  

How to prepare 👩🏻‍🍳:  
1. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato, apple, and morita chile, and fry for a few minutes. Add orange pulp and cook for 5 minutes. Transfer previous ingredients to a blender, add salt and pepper, and blend until smooth. Set aside. 

2. In a skillet pour a bit of vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Add fish fillet, season with salt, pepper, and orange zest. Cook for 10 minutes. 

3. Serve fish fillet in morita sauce garnished with orange or lime wedges and parsley.
