Frozen lollipops with jamaica 🌺 and chili 🌶 / Hibiskusove 🌺 ledene lučke s čilijem 🌶
Ingredients for 4 lollipops:
🌺 50 g. dried hibiscus flowers
🌺 400 ml. water
🌺 Sugar or your favorite sweetener to taste
Optional:
🌶 Liquid chamoy
🌶 Chili powder “Tajín”
PREPARATION:
Boil 50 g. hibiscus flowers with 1 cup of water, when it begins to boil, turn it off, remove the flowers and add some sugar or sweetener to taste (add more as we will dilute it later with more water). Mix well until completely dissolved. Add one more cups of water to the mix until it is not very sweet.
Add chili powder tajín and pour some chamoy to the popsicle molds and pour the mixture. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
To unmold easily, run the mold under hot water for a few seconds.

Hibiskusove 🌺 ledene lučke s čilijem 🌶
Sestavine:
🌺 50 g. posušene cvetove hibiskusa
🌺 200 ml. vode
🌺 Sladkor ali tvoje najljubše sladilo po okusu
Po želji:
🌶 Chamoy.
🌶 Čili v prahu "tajín"
Priprava:
50 g cvetov hibiskusa zavri s skodelico vode. Ko zavre, ugasni, odstrani cvetove in dodaj nekaj sladkorja ali sladila po okusu (malo več, saj ga bomo kasneje razredčili z vodo).
Dobro premešaj, da se popolnoma raztopi. Dodaj še skodelico vode oz. po okusu.
V kalupe za lučke natresi malo čilija v prahu tajín in chamoya ter vlij mešanico hibiskusa.
Lučke daj za 4 ure v zmrzovalnik oz. dokler ne zamrznejo.
Lučko lažje dobiš iz modela, če ga za par sekund daš pod vročo vodo.
