Cacao 🤎 atole
Ingredients:
🤎 1 cup + 3 spoons of vegetable milk or skimmed milk
🤎 1 spoon cornstarch (MAIZENA)
🤎 1 tsp. cacao powder or 1 square of chocolate LUKER
🤎 1 pinch of cinnamon
🤎 Favorite sweetener to taste
Procedure:
1. Boil the cup of milk in a small pot
2. Mix the three spoons of milk with the cornstarch and dissolve it.
3. Add the cacao or Luker cacao, cinnamon and sweetener to the cup of milk and mix over low heat.
4. Add the dissolved cornstarch and mix well.
5. Turn up the flame a little and mix until it thickens.

Sestavine:
🤎 1 skodelica + 3 žlice rastlinskega ali posnetega mleka
🤎 1 žlica koruznega škroba (MAIZENA)
🤎 1 žlička kakava v prahu ali 1 kvadrat čokolade LUKER
🤎 1 ščepec cimeta
🤎 Najljubše sladilo po okusu
Postopek:
1. V majhni posodi zavri skodelico mleka.
2. Zmešaj tri žlice mleka s koruznim škrobom in to raztopi.
3. Dodaj kakav ali Luker kakav, cimet in sladilo v skodelico mleka ter mešaj na nizkem ognju.
4. Dodaj raztopljen koruzni škrob in dobro premešaj.
5. Povečaj ogenj in mešaj, dokler se ne zgosti
