RECEPT ZA TESTENINE S KORIANDROM 💚 PASTA WITH CORIANDER SAUCE

Sestavine:

💚 2 žlici masla
💚 1 žlica nasekljane čebule
💚 1 čajna žlička drobno nasekljanega česna
💚 1 pločevinka Carnation mleka
💚 200 ml. smetana za kuhanje
💚 3 žlice koriandrove kreme COEXITO
💚 1 čajna žlička kokošje kocke za jušno osnovo
💚 2 žlici koruznega škroba
💚 ½ skodelice vode
💚 200 g testenin

Priprava:

1. V ponvi segrejemo maslo in prepražimo čebulo do kristalizira, dodamo česen in pražimo še 1 minuto. Za omako zmešamo kondenzirano mleko, smetano, koriandrovo kremo, piščančjo kocko v prahu, koruzni škrob in vodo.
2. Omako vlijemo v ponev in na zmernem ognju kuhamo 10 minut oziroma dokler se rahlo ne zgosti. Nenehno mešamo, da se ne prime. Omako zmešamo s predhodno kuhanimi in odcejenimi testeninami. Postrežemo z naribanim sirom gauda ali parmezanom.

Recipe: Coriander Pasta

Ingredients:

💚 2 spoons butter,
💚 1 spoon onion finely chopped,
💚 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic,
💚 1 can Carnation milk,
💚 1 can thick cooking milk
💚 3 spoons Coriander paste “COEXITO”
💚 1 tsp. powder chicken´s broth
💚 2 spoons cornstarch
💚 ½ cup water
💚 200 g. of pasta

Preparation:
1. In a pan, heat the butter and fry the onion until translucent, add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. For the sauce, blend the previous preparation with CARNATION Evaporated Milk, thick cream, coriander paste, chicken´s broth powder, corn-starch and water.
2. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Mix the sauce with the previously cooked and drained pasta. Serve with some grated gouda cheese or parmesan on the top.
