🎃 Pumpkin - oat pancakes 🥞

Even if it is not Autumn 🍂🍁 you can prepare these super nutritious and colorful oat-pumpkin 🎃 pancakes 🥞.

For 2 portions you need:

🥞 1 egg
🥞 1/3 cup oatmeal
🥞 1 or 2 spoons of agave syrup or 2 stevia pouches
🥞 1 tbsp. of baking powder
🥞 Pumpkin spice mix or cinnamon
🥞 1/4 cup Libby's pumpkin puree
🥞 Milk splash (if necessary)
🥞 1 spoon vanilla
🥞 Coconut oil or butter for the pan

How to 👩🏻‍🍳:
1. Mix all the ingredients with a balloon whisk. Do not use the blender because the mix is going to be very liquid.
2. When the ingredients are fully incorporated, the mixture is ready.
4. Grease a pan and pour a few tablespoons of the mixture for each pumpkin pancake.
5. When the edges are cooked, flip so both sides are cooked.
6. To preserve them while they are all ready, you can put a kitchen napkin inside a bowl with a lid, and place inside each pancake.

Try them with some cajeta or dulce de leche on the top. Simply delicious 🤤👌.

Tudi če ni jesen, si lahko pripravite te super hranljive in barvite ovseno-bučne 🎃 palačinke.

Za 2 porciji potrebujete:
🥞 1 jajce
🥞 1/3 skodelice ovsenih kosmičev
🥞 1-2 žlici agavinega sirupa ali stevie
🥞 1 žličko pecilnega praška
🥞 cimet ali pumpkin spice v prahu
🥞 ¼ skodelice bučnega pireja Libby's
🥞 malo mleka po potrebi
🥞 1 žlica vanilije
🥞 kokosovo olje ali maslo za ponev

Postopek 👩🏻‍🍳:
1. v posodi zmešajte suhe sestavine z metlico za stepanje; ne z mešalnikom, ker bo mešanica preveč tekoča
2. ko se vse sestavine dobro premešajo, je mešanca pripravljena
3. namastite ponev in z zajemalko naredite poljubno velike palačinke
4. ko se robovi zapečejo, palačinke obrnite, da se zapečejo še na drugi strani
5. da tiste prve ostanejo sveže do konca peke ostalih, lahko v posodo s pokrovom položite kuhinjski prtiček in nanj zlagate palačinke

Poskusite jih z malo cajete ali karamelnega sirupa "dulce de leche". Preprosto in okusno 🤤👌.
