Yellow corn Mexican tortillas are the basic traditional food in Mexico. You can prepare tacos, enchiladas, enmoladas, chilaquiles, chimichangas, quesadillas, etc., the possibilities are endless.
Ingredients:
Corn flour, water, salt, acid regulator: calcium hydroxide. Gluten free, GMO free.
Store the tortillas in a cool (max 25C), dry place. Protect from heat sources and sunlight. Heat the tortillas in a preheated pan at 160 C for 40-60 seconds per side until they are warm and soft. After opening, store them in the refrigerator in a sealed bag and consume within 3 days.
