In Mexico and Central America a "wheat tortilla" or "tortilla de harina", is a flattened wheat flour bread that is part of the daily food repertoire in northern Mexico as opposed to central and southern Mexico, where corn tortillas are more commonly consumed.

Flour tortillas are not only consumed in Mexico and the United States, but throughout many other countries, especially Central American countries.

These tortillas are usually used to prepare quesadillas or burritos.

Contains gluten.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (55%), water, vegetable fat (palm), stabilisers (E 422, E 412, E 466), salt, dextrose, emulsifier (E 471), raising agents (E 450, E 500), acidity regulator (E 296), rice semolina, preservatives (E 281, E 202).

May contain traces of SOY and MUSTARD
