Poblano chile is a variety of the Capsicum annuum chile. It is very appreciated in Mexican gastronomy, where it is used in all kinds of recipes, such as in the popular dish called "chiles rellenos" or "chiles en nogada". Compared to other types of chiles, the poblano is a large fruit with low capsaicin content (between 1,000-2,000 on the Scoville scale), so it is not very hot. These ones are canned so you can just get them from the can and fill them with your favorite filling.
