Watch how we make Agua de Jamaica with strawberry purée, served in a chilled glass rimmed with chamoy and chili powder—the perfect balance of tangy, fruity, and bold 🔥🌶️
You need:
- 2 liters water
- 12-14 dried hibiscus flowers
- Fresh strawberries
- Sugar to taste
- Chamoy sauce and chili powder tajín to decorate the glass edge
Procedure: Put the dried hibiscus flowers in the water and cook them for 14 minutes. Take out the flowers from the water and let the water cool. In a mixer put the strawberries, water and sugar until a pureé is made. Put the strawberries pureé in a jar and then add the cold hibiscus water, mix well. Cover the edge of a glass with some chamoy sauce and chili powder and then put some ice cubes inside and the strawberry-hibiscus cold water inside. Enjoy!

Potrebuješ
* 2 litra vode
* 12–14 posušenih cvetov hibiskusa
* sveže jagode
* sladkor po okusu
* chamoy omako in čili v prahu Tajín za okrasitev roba kozarca
Postopek:
Posušene hibiskusove cvetove daj v vodo in jih kuhaj 14 minut. Nato jih odstrani in pusti, da se voda ohladi. V mešalniku zmešaj jagode, vodo in sladkor, da dobiš pire. Jagodni pire vlij v vrč in mu dodaj ohlajeno hibiskusovo vodo, dobro premešaj. Rob kozarca obloži z malo chamoy omake in čilijem v prahu, nato v kozarec dodaj nekaj ledenih kock in prelij s hladno jagodno-hibiskusovo pijačo.
