Domača omaka iz zelenih paradižnikov “tomatillo” / Home-made tomatillo green sauce
Zelena “tomatillo” omaka je ena izmed bolj priljubljenih v Mehiki 🇲🇽. Izvrstna je za tacose, quesadille, chilaquile, enchilada itd. Na policah slovenskih trgovin ne najdemo zelenih paradižnikov, vendar nič skrbet! Omako lahko preprosto pripravite z našimi tomatillo paradižnički iz pločevinke.

🌶 Kos čebule
🌶 1-2 stroka česna
🌶 600 g paradižnikov tomatillo iz pločevinke (odcejenih)
🌶 Voda ali jušna osnova
🌶 Olje
🌶 Sol in poper po okusu
Priprava 👇🏼
1. V blenderju zmiksajte vse sestavine, dodajte 60 ml vode ali jušne osnove (jušna osnova, bo dodala več okusa). Začinite s soljo, poprom ali s jušno kocko.
2. Na vročo ponev kapnite malo olja, prelite z omako in kuhajte na zmernem ognju, da zavre in nato še nekaj minut.
3. To je to! Nadevajte tacose ali servirajte zraven svoje najljubše jedi.

Green tomatillo sauce is one of the most popular spicy 🔥 sauces in Mexico 🇲🇽. Ideal for tacos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, enchiladas, etc. In Slovenia there is no fresh green tomatillo, but don´t worry as you can prepare it easily at your home with our canned green tomatillo.
You need:
🌶 A piece of onion
🌶 One or two garlic cloves
🌶 600 g. canned green tomatillos (drained)
🌶 Some water or chicken´s broth
🌶 Dried “chili de árbol” to taste
🌶 Some oil
🌶 Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation steps:
1. In a blender mix all the ingredients and add ¼ cup of water or chicken broth (this will give more taste). Season with salt, pepper or a chicken´s broth cube.
2. In a hot pan, put some one spoon of oil and put the sauce inside at medium heat until it begins to boil. Let it heat for some more minutes and remove it from the heat.
3. Ready! Add it to your tacos, sopes, or your favourite dish.
