Instructions of use (to prepare the masa): To prepare 100 g. of masa (dough), add 1/3 cup of nixtamalized corn flour MASECA for tamales (44 g.) to ¼ cup of warm water (57 ml.). Knead for one to two minutes.

Easy steps to fold a tamal: 

1. Place the corn leaf in your hand. Spread the masa in the center of the leaf, in a thin layer.
2. Fold the right side of the leaf and then the left side to close the tamal.
3. Finally, fold the pointed end of the blade.
4. If you are going to cook few tamales, tie them with a strip of the same sheet so that they do not open.
