In Mexico and Central America a "wheat tortilla" or "tortilla de harina", is a flattened wheat flour bread that is part of the daily food repertoire in northern Mexico as opposed to central and southern Mexico, where corn tortillas are more commonly consumed.

Flour tortillas are not only consumed in Mexico and the United States, but throughout many other countries, especially Central American countries.

These tortillas are usually used to prepare quesadillas or burritos.

Contains gluten and milk.

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR (60%), vegetable oil (palm oil, coconut oil), margarine (palm oil, water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)), salt (0,1%), acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrate), jodized salt (salt, Potassium iodide), SKIMMED MILK POWDER, humectant (glycerin), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), raising agent (triphosphate), preservatives (potassium sorbate, malic acid, calcium propionate), thickening agent (carboxy methyl cellulose , guar gum).
