This red sauce is "tatemada" (ingredients roasted before grinded) and "martajada" grinded by hand which gives it a characteristic flavor. Made with red tomatoes, chili, onion, jalapeño, salt and coriander.

Ideal for tacos, nachos, rice or chips. You can use it on any dish you would like. This sauce is spicy.
