But make it sope-style (aka a thick, golden corn tortilla base you’ll fall in love with 😍).
What you’ll need:
For the sope:
🌽 1 cup MASECA corn flour (Antojitos)
💧 ½ cup hot water
🫒 A little vegetable oil
For the filling:
🍅 Chopped tomato & onion
🥚 Egg
🧂 Pinch of salt
🥑 Half an avocado
🧀 Fresh white cheese
🌶️ Your favorite spicy salsa
How to make it:
1. Mix MASECA with hot water until the dough is soft and not sticky.
2. Roll into small balls, flatten, and cook on a hot pan until golden on both sides.
3. While still warm, pinch the edges to create the classic sope shape.
4. Fry them briefly with oil until crispy and golden. Set aside.
5. In the same pan, sauté onion, tomato, and scramble in the egg with a pinch of salt.
6. Top each sope with avocado slices 🥑, scrambled egg 🍳, fresh cheese 🧀, and spicy salsa 🌶️.

🌽 1 skodelica koruzne moke MASECA (Antojitos)
💧 ½ skodelice vroče vode
🫒 Malo rastlinskega olja
Za nadev:
🍅 Sesekljan paradižnik in čebula
🥚 Jajce
🧂 Ščepec soli
🥑 Pol avokada
🧀 Sveži beli sir
🌶️ Tvoja najljubša pekoča salsa
Priprava:
* Zmešaj MASECO z vročo vodo, da dobiš mehko in nelepljivo testo.
* Oblikuj majhne kroglice, jih splošči in speci na vroči ponvi, da postanejo zlatorjave z obeh strani.
* Ko so še tople, jim s prsti oblikuj robove v klasično obliko sope.
* Na hitro jih ocvri v olju, da postanejo hrustljave in zlate. Daj jih na stran.
* Na isti ponvi popraži čebulo in paradižnik, dodaj jajce ter premešaj z malo soli.
* Vsak sope obloži z rezinami avokada 🥑, umešanim jajcem 🍳, svežim sirom 🧀 in pekočo salso 🌶️.
