TORTO IZ KARAMELE DULCE DE LECHE 🤎 DULCE DE LECHE CAKE

Kaj pa, če bi danes skupaj spekli okusno in sočno torto z našim Dulce de leche? Všeč vam bo njegova tekstura in edinstven okus! Potrebujete:
🤎 55 g (1/4 skodelice) stopljenega masla
🤎 4 jajca
🤎 450 g Dulce de leche "San Ignacio"
🤎 125 g bele pšenične moke
🤎 10 g (2 žlici) pecilnega praška
Za preliv:
🤎 100 -150 g Dulce de leche ali Cajeta
Postopek 👩🏻🍳:
1. Pečico segrejemo na 180 C. Pomokamo pekač in ga razstavimo
2. V večjo skledo damo stopljeno maslo in jajca. Ročno stepamo, dokler se zmes ne zmeša.
3. Dodamo Dulce de leche in spet stepamo 3-4 minute, dokler ne dobimo homogene mešanice.
4. Vmešamo suhe sestavine (moko in pecilni prašek) in stepamo, dokler ne dobimo gladkega testa brez grudic.
5. Celo zmes zlijemo v pekač in jo položimo v ogreto pečico na 180 C za 30-35 minut, oziroma toliko časa, da ko noter zapičimo zobotrebec, pride ven suh.
6. Pustimo v pekaču, da se ohladi (15 minut), nato znamemo ven.
7. Ko je popolnoma hladno, ga po vrhu na debelo namažemo z Culce de leche ali s Cajeto. Dober tek 🤎😋!

You need:
🤎 55 g. (1/4 cup) melted butter
🤎 4 eggs
🤎 450 g. dulce de leche “San Ignacio”
🤎 125 g. white wheat flour
🤎 10 g. (2 tbsp.) baking powder
For the topping:
🤎 100-150 g. dulce de leche or cajeta
Steps 👩🏻🍳:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 C. Flour a metallic mould and apart.
2. In a big bowl, put the melted butter with the eggs. Beat by hand until they are incorporated.
3. Add the dulce de leche and beat again for 3-4 minutes, until you have a homogeneous mix.
4. Incorporate the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) and beat until you have a smooth dough without lumps.
5. Put all the mix in the mould and put it in the preheated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes or until you pick with a toothpick and it comes out without mix.
6. Let it cool for 15 minutes in the mould before retiring it from the mould.
7. When it is completely cold, spread over more dulce de leche or cajeta on the top. Enjoy 🤎😋!
