🤓 Ali ste vedeli, da je rastlina hibiskus bogata z antioksidanti, kot so beta-karoten, vitamin C in antocianin, in je dokazano, da je naravni diuretik?

Za 4 kozarce potrebujete:
🌺 1 skodelico posušenih Jamaica listov
🌺 1 cimetovo palčko
🌺 Sladkor, stevijo ali “monkfruit” po okusu
🌺 2 žlici chia semen
🌺 1 liter vode
🌺 Po želji: sveži metini listi

Priprava:
Na srednjem ognju segrejte 500 ml vode. Dodajte hibiscus in cimet. Kuhajte približno 20 minut, oziroma dokler zavre. Ocedite in ostane vam hibiskusova voda. V brokvo s 500 ml mrzle vode prilijte hibiskusovo vodo, dodajte sladilo po želji in mešajte, da se vse setavine dobro premešajo. Dajte v hladilnik, da se ohladi in na koncu dodajte še chia semena. Postrezite v lepem kozarcu in za piko na i, okrasite z lističem mete. Na zdravje 😋🌺!

HIBISCUS WATER WITH MINT LEAVES AND CHIA 😎

Summer 🌞 is the best excuse to prepare a refreshing and 🇲🇽 drink made with hibiscus flower and chia seeds. It is easy and very healthy.
🤓 Did you know that hibiscus plant is rich in antioxidants such as beta-carotene, vitamin C and anthocyanin and has been shown to be a natural diuretic?

You need for 4 cups:
🌺 1 cup of dried Jamaica leaves
🌺 1 cinnamon stick
🌺 Sugar, stevia or monkfruit to taste.
🌺 2 tablespoons of chia
🌺 1 liter of water
Optional: Some fresh mint leaves

Preparation:
In a pan at medium heat, put 500 ml. of water. Then add the hibiscus flower and the cinnamon stick. Leave it cook for about 20 minutes until it boils. Drain it and keep the hibiscus concentrated water. In a jug with 500 ml. of cold water, add this concentrated water. Add sugar or stevia to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated. Put it in the fridge until it gets cool and then add the chia seeds. Serve in a nice glass, add some fresh mint leaves and enjoy! So refreshing 😋 🌺!.
