Poblano rajas with cream, corn and cheese

Ingredients:

🌶 Canned poblano peppers chopped in thin slices
🌶 1 tablespoon oil
🌶 1/4 white onion, finely chopped
🌶 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
🌶 1/2 cup white corn kernels
🌶 3/4 cups sour cream
🌶 80 g. white cheese for grill
🌶 Salt and pepper
🌶 Chickens´s broth powder to taste
🌽 Bio corn tortillas Masamor

Preparation:

Drain the poblano peppers and cut them into thin slices. Set aside. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Sauté the onion and garlic, add the slices of poblano and corn and cook for a few minutes. Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cheese and let it melt, season and serve with tortillas.

Sestavine:
🌶 Konzervirane "poblano" paprike, narezane na tanke trakove

🌶 1 žlica olja

🌶 ¼ bele čebule, drobno sesekljane

🌶 1 strok česan, drobno sesekljan

🌶 ½ skodelice belega koruznega zrnja

🌶 ¾ skodelice kisle smetane

🌶 80 g belega sira za žar

🌶 sol in poper po okusu

🌶 Piščančja jušna kocka po okusu

🌽 Bio koruzne tortilje Masamor

Postopek:

Odcedi poblano paprike in jih nareži na tanke trakove. Postavi na stran. V ponvi na srednjem ognju segrej olje. Prepraži čebulo in česen, dodaj trakove poblano paprik in koruzo ter kuhaj nekaj minut. Dodaj smetno in kuhaj 5 minut. Dodaj sir in pusti, da se stopi, začini in postrezi s tortiljami.
