ENMOLADAS (PIŠČANČJA ENCHILADA Z OMAKO MOLE) / CHICKEN ENCHILADAS COVERED WITH MOLE SAUCE
Enmoladas je zelo priljubljena mehiška jed. Pravzaprav gre za tortilje, nadevane s piščančjim mesom in poljubno polivko. Po vrhu se servira kislo smetano, čebulne obročke in sir. V današnjem receptu vam pokažemo kako se jih pripravi z omako Mole. Zagotavljamo vam, da vam bo všeč.
Potrebujete:
🤎 1 skodelico Mole Doña María
🤎 1 piščančje prso (kuhano in nastrgano)
Za dekoracijo:
🤎 Kisla smetana, bel sir, čebula
Priprava: Omako pripravimo tako, da zmešamo Mole, 3,5 skodelice jušne osnove, žlico arašidovega masla in 90 g mehiške tmne čokolade ali čokolade v prahu. Postavite v ponev in segrejte na srednje visoki temperaturi. Vsako totiljo posebej pocvrite v olju in jo nadevajte z mesom. 3 prepognjene tortilje postavite na krožnik, prelijte z omako Mole in dekorirajte s kislo smetano, naribanim sirom in čebulnimi obročki. Zraven se super prileže riž in kozarec rdečega vina. Dober tek.

Enmoladas are a very popular dish in 🇲🇽 as they are tortillas covered by mole and filled with shredded chicken. On the top they have cream, onion slices and melted cheese. In this recipe we are preparing them with mole sauce and we guarantee you will love them.
You need:
🤎 1 glass of Mole Doña María
🤎 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
To decorate:
🤎 Sour cream, white cheese and onion slices
Preparation:
To prepare the mole, mix it with 3.5 cups of chicken broth, a tbsp. of peanut butter and 90 g. of Mexican chocolate or 2 spoons of chocolate powder. Put in a pot at medium heat and mix it well. Fry each tortilla in some oil and fill each one with some shredded chicken. Put three enchiladas on a plate and pour over some mole sauce. Decorate with some sour cream, grounded cheese and onion slices. You can complement this dish with red or white rice. Enjoy 😋!
