A delicious and hot drink very suitable for the cold December 🎄 ❄ weather: Atole made with cajeta.
You need for two cups:
🤎 1/2 liter cow´s whole milk
🤎 1/4 cups of water
🤎 2 tbsp. (30 g.) cornstarch maizena
🤎 1 cinnamon stick
🤎 1/2 cup cajeta
🤎 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract “La Anita”
Preparation steps:
1. In a saucepan add the milk and cinnamon and heat.
2. Add the cajeta and mix to incorporate everything.
3. Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add it to the pot and mix.
4. Stir for 5 minutes until the consistency is obtained.
5. The perfect pair for your favorite bread or just to enjoy it alone.

Okusna in vroča pijača, idealna za mrzle decembrske 🎄❄ dni: Atole s cajeto.
Potrebuješ:
🤎 1/2 liter polnomastnega kravjega mleka
🤎 1/4 skodelice vode
🤎 2 zliči (30 g.) koruznega škroba (Maizena)
🤎 1 cimetovo palčko
🤎 1/2 skodelico sirupa cajeta
🤎 1/2 čajno žličko vanilijevega ekstrata »La Anita«
Postopek priprave:
1. V skodelico dodaj mleko in cimet ter segrevaj.
2. Dodaj cajeto in mešaj, da se vse sestavine povežejo.
3. Koruzni škrob raztopi v vodi, nato ga vlij v kozico in dobro premešaj.
4. Mešaj še 5 minut, dokler ne dobiš želene gostote.
5. Popolna spremljava za vaš najljubši kruh ali pa za samostojno uživanje.
