Easy Valentine's dessert
There is that time of the year when we are all about hugs and kisses. Well, even if you are not much for hugs and kisses, a little something to show your love will do ;)
I personally like to show my love or respect through taste. What I mean, is that I enjoy cooking for others. And what I love the most is that the food I prepared is being appreciated and praised. It's not ego, do not get me wrong. I just really like when other people say nice things about my cooking style.
Luckily, you don't need to be a master chef to come up with some good treats. This easy Valentine's dessert is quick and yummy. You can get the ingredients in any store. Yet, I did use a special product in this recipe.
My strawberry cheesecake muffins were a success at home. My daughter and husband enjoyed them and the muffins did not last more than one day. I prepared 12 pieces in total.

With a tablespoon, pour into each muffin liner some dough but do not fill them to the top. Only half! Bake for 20-25 mins at 180°C. Let them cool down.
This certainly is an Easy Valentine's dessert. The last step is to prepare the Jell-O cheesecake instant pudding.
In a small bowl pour the 2 cups of cold milk and add the cheesecake instant pudding mix. Stir for about 2 minutes. The cheesecake instant pudding mix does not need cooking and it really is quick, a whole time saviour.

Now that the strawberry muffins are cooled down, we can begin with our Jell-O topping. Grab a tablespoon and put one on top of each muffin. Try to make them look nice, do not worry if you are not an artist. I'm definitely not and I believe my muffins look really cute. I chose to put frozen berries on top because I love colors. And the contrast between the cheesecake pudding and the berries is beautiful.

Oh! By the way, if you are vegan or lactose intolerant you can also prepare and enjoy this delicious cheesecake instant pudding from Jell-O.
Enjoy and Happy Valentine's =)
